Meal Planning: My husband continues his diet. No gluten, dairy, nightshade vegs and no red meat. So Easter I made a sweet potato mash we masked rutabaga with it also . It was good and gone by the end of the Easter meal. I have found we have been steering more towards pasta lately because it is easy. We really need to do more vegetables and fruits so this week we are re focusing, Easter candy needs to go.

Monday : Gluten Free meatloaf muffins, cauliflower, and sweet potatoes (Gluten Free)
Tuesday: Pirogi and Onions
Wednesday: Chicken and Lemon Soup (Gluten Free Noodles)
Thursday: Rice Crispy Chicken
Friday: Taco Night
